The Bellingham load was done loaded on the truck at 20:00, so we just waited an hour more and did an 8+2 split then drove about 300 or so miles down to a rest area south of Richland OR.
Next day we was ready to drive around 13:00, but because of the 70 hour limit we didn't get more than 4,5 hours that day so we made it down to Boise. Took a small break there until past midnight, got more hours and drove from there and down to SLC at night. Temperature was all the way down in the low 30s.
Arrived at Albertsons a couple of hours before appointment time, checked in and was done unloaded at 08:00. At the time of arrival the 14 hour limit was done and we spent the remaining hours and completed a 10 hours rest break on a nearby Flying J.
After the rest break we had gained a few more hours to pickup our next load at Hersheys in Ogden. Now shutdown at a Pilot in Evanston WY.
Ran out on my 70 hour today, still managed to do my two deliveries for Albertsons here in Las Vegas. Had to look through the whole week for unnecessary on-duty time to convert to off-duty. I still have all the pre-trip's and some other on-duty so I guess its all good. Now I'm just a few blocks from the Las Vegas strip on a truckstop called Wild Wild West with free parking up to 48 hours which is great. It's also alot of restaurants and motels around here in walking distance.
